Privacy Policy

FMV Blueprint (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a job application analysis tool that helps users assess compatibility between their resume and job postings. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

Data you provide

• Resume (PDF): Uploaded by you for analysis. Stored on our servers.
• Job postings: Pasted or submitted by you. Stored alongside your analyses.
• Analysis results: The compatibility scores, skill matches, and suggestions generated from your resume and job posting.

Data collected automatically

• Account information: Your name and email address via Google OAuth when you sign in.
• Usage data: The number of analyses you run per month, used to enforce plan limits.

We use your data solely to provide the FMV Blueprint service:

• To analyze your resume against job postings and return results
• To enforce monthly usage limits
• To maintain your analysis history within the app
• To respond to support requests

We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or any other commercial purpose. If our data usage practices ever change, we will notify you in advance and give you the option to opt out before any changes take effect.

To provide our service, your data is processed by the following third parties:

Your resume and job posting content is transmitted to Anthropic solely for the purpose of generating your analysis. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy and API terms.

FMV Blueprint is currently in beta. During this period:

• Your data is retained indefinitely to support ongoing product development and your continued use of the service.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@fmvbp.app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Your data is stored securely via Supabase with row-level security policies ensuring that your data is only accessible by your account. We do not store payment information.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Deletion: Request that we delete your data
• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate data
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format

FMV Blueprint is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice within the app before the changes take effect.
