Terms of Service

By accessing or using FMV Blueprint (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

FMV Blueprint is an AI-powered job application analysis tool that helps users assess compatibility between their resume and job postings. The Service provides compatibility scores, skill gap analysis, and resume improvement suggestions.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account used to access the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree not to share your account with others or use another user's account.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass or manipulate usage limits
• Submit malicious, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

Free Tier

The free tier includes a limited number of analyses per month as specified within the Service. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Paid Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis
• All payments are non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including unused analyses or early cancellation
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

The analyses, scores, and suggestions provided by FMV Blueprint are generated by AI and are for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding:

• The accuracy or completeness of any analysis
• Employment outcomes resulting from use of the Service
• The suitability of any suggestion for your specific situation

You are solely responsible for how you use the information provided by the Service.

• FMV Blueprint and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the operator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• You retain ownership of all content you submit (resumes, job postings). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FMV Blueprint and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules in British Columbia, Canada. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the Service at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that is harmful to the Service or other users.
